Great experience. I was in search for the 2022 Suzuki Hayabusa in Black. When I called Jersey Shore Powersports I spoke to Eddie. He immediately told he was looking right at it. I asked to put money down on it to hold it and he said that it wasn't necessary and he would hold it. The bike was prepared by the time I got there. Sparkling. Eddie Robles aka Eddie Spaghetti made this a very comfortable experience. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also want to give props to Stuart the finance guy. First of all I arrived at 6PM right when they were closing on Columbus Day. I would like to say our Salesman Frank was patient and thorough. He gave up dinner with his family as well as Manager Jason we ran into a few snags with getting our paper work and insurance, they actually assisted and went well above and beyond to make our purchase a pleasant experience. Our 1st 2 hours were grueling for them but they worked through it with us. Financier Andre went through every option that was available for us to purchase my 1st brand new motorcycle Kawasaki Z900. When the numbers didnt work he bent over backwards to explain over, and over, and over how it worked and made it fit our budget. On top of that considering that I live in Brooklyn they delivered the bike to their other dealership so I wouldnt have to travel back to Jersey. I've never had such a positive experience making a vehicle purchase. We were not the easiest customers to deal with but again they made everything work to the best of their ability. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding!! True, honest sales and service.They quoted us a great price on a Triton double jet ski trailer. The price was better then anywhere else. We were told if we wanted to take the trailer same day we would have to wait a little bit for one to be assembled. We showed up and everything was exactly as discussed on the phone. NO games with pricing and the wait time was not an issue because it was clearly communicated to us prior to showing up. THANKS FOR THE SHIRT :)

Bought a bike for my girlfriend and was very impressed with the service. We were greeted immediately by Matt but he was never pushy; just showed us around, answered our questions, let us both move around and sit on various models for fitting, and when we indicated interest in a particular model, he sat down with us and worked through everything. I was a little worried the finance guys would try to be pushy on extra warranty and package sales, but Andre was very up-front and did not push at all when I gave my reasons for not being interested in what I wasn't, and he thoroughly answered my questions and concerns about the features that I did end up adding.

While we were there, the phones were ringing constantly, and every conversation seemed to be handled professionally. They seem a little short-staffed and each worker is responsible for a lot of different things, so be patient if you need to wait a couple minutes. I was very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone who I spoke to, even though I typically hate dealership experiences. Thanks for hooking us up with the only bike in existence that fits my girlfriend!!

Wanted to also point out that Matt took at least 3 hours out of his day for us to buy one of the least expensive bikes on inventory we weren't being high-rollers and he obviously wasn't only interested in a big commission.

I purchased my first bike here and to say these guys went above and beyond for me would be an understatement. Here is my story.

Frank - When I first walked I met Frank who was my sales rep. Frank was knowledgeable and an all around good dude who suggested the perfect bike for my needs. Since this was my first bike I didn't know much so I decided to fact check what Frank was selling me by doing research online while waiting for financing. Turned out everything he told me about my bike was true and it was in fact the perfect bike for me. Not only did he match me to the perfect bike he managed to juggle 3-4 customers at a time due to some salesmen calling out that day which was impressive. He was also very personable and made me feel like I was buying a bike from a friend not a salesmen.

STU - Then I move to Stu who was the Finance manager. Stu had trouble getting me the financing but he didn't give up. He called multiple banks and spent about 2 hours trying to find me a deal that would work. After his efforts he was able to secure a few deals for me, but he admittedly advised that they weren't in my best interest which gained my trust. I ended up paying for the Bike outright and he even worked with me on pricing. Those of you who understand financing know this doesn't benefit Stu as much as securing a loan. He could have kicked me to the curb but he didn't. He was selfless and put my needs before his own and we worked out a deal that was best for me. I would send anyone I know to work with Stu and hes a true professional as well as a caring person.

Matt - Now I'm excited to go and I have the bike that I've always dreamed of but since its my first time riding and I only took the written permit test I DROP MY BIKE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DEALERSHIP! Matt saw I was struggling and immediately came outside to make sure that I was safe. He showed me how to use the bike and gave me a little tutorial in the parking lot. He spent about 20 minutes with me showing me how to take off and what to do in case of an emergency situation. Then he let me practice for another 20 minutes on my own in the parking lot. I'm not sure what Matt's position is in the company because I had not met him until this point in time. However, I'm sure he had 100 other things to do than teach me these basics and ensure I was safe. I was so embarrassed that I couldn't drive the bike I just bought but he didn't make me feel bad about it or judge me. I couldn't believe how nice this guy was. Without his help I could have gotten really hurt. The result? I'm driving this bike without any issues and having the time of my life.
